Production and play still have yet to align for Owen Pickering, who took another step in his development though his production remained unchanged. Pickering is a playmaker, preferring deceptive cross-slot passes and shot-passes over point shots and long-range passes over dump-outs. With frequent activation and a potent shot, he should find scoring success in the AHL.
