Deadline Day Dilemma

With the Calgary Flames in a late season tale spin GM Stephen at a cross roads and  is uncertain which way to go. Does he stay status quo and let the team fight through this, or does he find a way to shake up the roster.

The Flames sit 7 points back of the Vegas Golden Knights who are first in the Pacific while the San Jose Sharks sit 6 points back of Flames with a game in hand.

Currently our UPL has not been able to steal a game or two. So down the stretch Merzlikins will be given some playing time.

The Flames next game against the Knights is a pivotal one for the team. Lose and the Pacific Title is out of reach, win and you keep things tight.

So aside from a change in the back up role, the question becomes do we stay or do we go when it comes to the Trade Deadline on Friday.
