The Time has come to Raise the Torch

He grew up watching them, now he has the chance to manage them to glory.

Duran Size hired as the new GM of the Montreal Canadiens is gifted with the opportunity to create a dynamic franchise for the Bleu Blanc et Rouge and it is a challenge that Size is more than willing to accept.

"This is what we live for, a championship deserves to come back to Montreal, to Canada."

With the upcoming draft, Size is still unsure of his draft position but promises that he will build a team that will be able to sustain competitiveness for many years with a core that will be undenyably one of the best people have seen.

"We know that teams will be looking to draft the best of the best early, we plan to build carefully in order to sustain."

Size has yet to reveal who he plans to draft first for the franchise but rumours suggest that this player will be a cornerstone player a not necessarily an established elite player.

"We know what other teams plan to do and we will act accordingly. That all could change if we draft #1 overall though"

His scouting team already in place, there are many names being thrown out but Size is keeping his cards close to his chest for the draft.
