EHE Record Broken

The Detroit Red Wings organization would like to congradulate Assistant Captain Nikita Kucherov with breaking a EHE record for the most points in a single season. The record was previously held by Patrick Kane of the Boston Bruins with a total of 108 points which was set last year. Kane did this while playing all 82 games that year, Kuch currently has only played 74 games and has already passed him up with 8 games to go in the season while sitting at 110 points.

Kucherov curently moved up to being 1st in goals this year with a hat trick in his last game passing up Atkinson who has publicly stated how much he wants to pass up Ovechkin's record of 50 goals in a season. Kucherov has been on fire lately posting 6 points in his last game which also tied a league record for most points in a game which he currently held as well with 7 other players.

For this accomplishment the Red Wings organization will be handing out Kuch Bobble Heads at their last home game for his accomplishment, as well as a few randomly selected fans will also be going home with a Russian Kucherov jersey signed by the man himself.

Kucherov had the following statement :

The Bubble Heads is a very cool idea from the organization to do for our fans, when they came to me with this idea I took it a step further and asked them if I could sign a few jerseys to give out to random fans and they loved the idea. I do want to say though that this accomplishment couldn't have been done with out my 2 teammates Tarasenko and Draisaitl who make my job so easy every night. I mean come on Tarasenko has 92 points currently and Draisaitl has 90 we just seem to click so easy, we know where each one will be when we hit the ice. So i would love to thank them as well as they will be part of my record breaking accomplishment and to my city of Detroit, I love you guys and thanks for making this my home.

Kucherov is such an amazing player and so humble that I am very glad for him to hit this milestone, the Red Wings easily have the most dangerous line in the whole EHE with the TKD line which stands for Taekwondo because they end up kicking everyone's ass! (BEEPPP)
