Arizona Wins Lottery

Wow! The Arizona Coyotes franchise has finally won, something.

Sitting the with the 2nd best chance to win the EHE Draft Lottery, the Coyotes' number was selected first by Commissioner Kevin.

At first it didnt seem possible as we are not the Nashville Predators,

So we just figured there was something wrong with the drawing.

The team struggled this year,but, as the commish said during the drawing, played the year through as to not disrupt any playoff battles.

Of course this is not a McDavid or Matthews type of draft, but having the top one or two pick of a weak draft is even more important.

So what direction does the team go? Well, I dont think there is any need to continue with the suspense after the real NHL draft. Being that the GM of the EHE Coyotes is a real life Philadelphia Flyers fan, and they have made that outstanding jump to the #2 in the NHL draft, the Coyotes are very much expected to follow their lead with their pick of the top two. So, when the Flyers pick, you will all know who is going number #1 in the EHE. 

Now if the real life Flyers stupidly trade the pick, well then I have no clue with of the two to pick. There are two obviously picks in the draft and they are Nico Hischier and Nolan Patrick. Either one would look good on the EHE Coyotes, so we will let the Flyers (actually the Devils since they have the NHL #1) decide.

Chicago, who was the bottomfeeder of the league, was picked for the number two spot, while Buffalo made a large jump from nine to 3.
