GM Wolf not attending his own All-Star Game 2016-01-23 Hours before the drop of the puck for the first annual EHE All-Star Game, there was one shocking absence of all, the Predators GM is no where to be seen in Bridgestone Arena. "Well, it's the all-star break for a reason, is it not? I got things I need to do other than stick around. I spend enough time in the head office of Bridgestone as it is." Wolf retorted. The Predators who have struggled to maintain their early season success, falling from 1st in the western conference to 9th leading up to the all-star game, leaves a frustrated GM behind the scenes of what is suppose to be a fun weekend ahead. "Don't get me wrong, the break is great for the league, provides entertainment to our growing base of young EHE fans, and it gives every team a weekend to rest and assess what they are going to do down the final stretch of games leading to the playoffs. There's a lot of things I need to address internally and my mind is no where near this all-star game. My mind is elsewhere. I am honored that the first annual all-star game is being held in Nashville, but right now, I got work that needs to be attended to, and right now, I need to be far from all the activity going on on our home ice."
