saturday  24th oct 2020  the minnesota gm harald  knew that it might will be THE day of drafing   for his team since he is in ehe . everything was set  he made some nice cooking  he had  gin tonic and wodka red bull prepared  perfect haircut   even the toe nails  were cut   he had a nice day riding his moto bike in the morning  but his mind was all set for this years draft.  yes it should have been the draft he was waiting for years  but he already had a bad feeling somehow   he expected more in the draft lottery  so pick 8th was already  a bad pick.......and  it should be  true.  the whole organization was prepared to get the best ever talent born in austria named marco rossi to draft but things should get worse.i will not write now how good marco rossi is or will be. so first 3 picks no surprise maybe only that travis took this sick german kid  pick 4 solid   and somehow  harald knew pick 5 could be the turning point he was waiting and waiting and the boom it was coles pick to announce and yes all dreams are gone   but hey what  the real ott sens  did not have the balls  cole had them he selected marco rossi and we wish him all the ebst there . so lets come to our picks   strange ones but drafting is always gambling .maybe it works maybe not .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  8th 2020           MARAT KHUSNUTDINOV                                                                                                                                                                  most of the other gms surely were expecting  alex holtz or anton lundell get picked  but no why this russian kid    easy explained its pure boom or bust marat is born in st petersburg russia  is not the biggest guy but has all the tools   u need  impressive speed  good shots   and solid backchecking   he is playing in russias 2 tier div the last two years   to develop   so why at 8  like travis wrote its always the gms choice and  the wild organization think he could be that guy  with all the usual things born in russia small size and so on in mind  we believe marat will make an impact for us in the next years so we picked him that easy  and time will tell  we all just are very happy to have drafted him                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    37th 2020  KASPER SIMONTAVAL                                                                                                                                                                             this pick is again pure risc   kasper is born in tampere finland  is playing as rw   in finish  first and second tier   again small sized but great hand good vision  only bad thing he had few injuries last years but the wild also strongly believe if he puts all his talent mind  and will together he could be a  top6 pp  winger with good scoring touch   he should not have any problems joing the finnish and swedish speking players  of the wild....................                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               68th 2020 THIMO NICKL                                                                                                                                                                                             finally the wild take their first austrian born player  ever   in real the 2020 draft was the best ever for austria 3 players got picked  yes u all will laugh but thas a lot for asutria      2006!!!!! were the last 2 austrians  picked named michael  grabner and andreas noedl   so the  waiting come to an end thsi year marco rossi thimo nickl and benjamin baumgartner got picked       the wild took their  flyer on thimo born in klagenfurt   where thebest hockey team in austrias history is located named  kac    nickl joined with his countrymate  fabian hochegger  the qmjhl in 2019 and surprised a lot   he was leaguewide on of the best def rookies  scoring 39 p in 58 games  nickl has decent size   is a pp  quarterback defender   class guy on and off the ice has no probelms adapting to a new culture and language  and yes we strongly believe  he has what it takes to get to the nhl  right now he is playing in sweden cause of covid   in the junior u20 league  there and suceeding well so far he should have no problem understanding the  wild gm in the future                                                                   so thats it from stadl mur styria austria thanks again TO KEVIN MARTINS AND JARED for a great draft again   so cool to still be part in ehe                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      P.S MISTER COLE BATES  if marco rossi ever has any problem doesnt matter  food language  climate  or  with YOU lol     dont hesitate do contact me
