Filip Hronek scores 1st career goal

Filip Hronek's 1st season in the EHE is going pretty smoothly and on Wednesday he scored his 1st career goal vs the New York Rangers. Heading into the matchup Hronek had put up 7 helpers but was still looking for that 1st goal. Well, it would come at the 4:56 mark of the 1st period when a shot but Tarasenko was blocked by defensemen Ellis only to have the puck come back out to Hronek who was able to put the rebound back in.  

" I was so excited after scoring my first EHE career goal, I just remember Tarasenko grabbing the puck out of the net and giving it to me and saying "Congrats Kid!! You deserve it!" I will never forget this moment. 

Hronek would finish the night with 1 goal, 1 assist, 5 shots and a +3

Theodore after the game said " It's so easy being his defensive partner, he has such a high IQ and moves the puck with ease and let's not forget he's got a cannon of a shot. I'm pretty sure this will be the first of many in his rookie year".
